Community Workshops

The City of St. Paul is wrapping the station area planning for the Central Corridor, and now it’s time to bring the plans to life! Come explore three opportunity sites on the east end of the Central Corridor that are ready to move forward for redevelopment. The 4-part innovative and interactive Corridor Housing Initiative (CHI) community workshops will set the stage for future development along the Central Corridor. You don’t want to miss it!

Workshop I: Gather Information
Monday, April 28 6:30-8:30 pm

Learn about future opportunities for the redevelopment sites and share your ideas and concerns about what you would like to achieve through development.

Workshop II: Block Exercise
Monday, May 12 6:30-8:30 pm
Central Corridor Resource Center, 1080 University Avenue, St. Paul

Join your neighbors in an interactive workshop to create feasible development scenarios for three redevelopment sites. Design and development experts will be on hand to share ideas and insights.

Workshop III: Developer Panel Discussion
Monday, June 9 6:30-8:30 pm
Central Corridor Resource Center, 1080 University Avenue, St. Paul

Explore the opportunities and challenges of redevelopment with a panel of developers, commercial brokers, and city representatives to build a strategic road map for redevelopment.

Workshop IV: Framing the Recommendations
Monday, June 23 6:30-8:30 pm
Central Corridor Resource Center, 1080 University Avenue, St. Paul

Contribute to the creation of development recommendations for the three opportunity sites for the Central Corridor.
