Help shape the future of University Avenue / Central Corridor!

The Frogtown Neighborhood Association and the City of St. Paul invite you to participate in a series of workshops to identify the goals for the redevelopment of 253-255 University Avenue West (previously the Saxon Ford site) and Sherburne and Galtier.  We will build on the previous planning for the area to focus in on the specific site, currently owned by the City.  With support from a team of design and development experts, community members will consider options and create recommendations for redevelopment of the site.

Workshop I: Gathering Information
Wednesday, February 5, 2014, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
University Buffet, 225 University Ave W, St. Paul
What types of development would be the most fitting and viable for the site?  How can the transit investment benefit the Frogtown neighborhood?  What are the concerns about future development, and what do we want to achieve?
