Richfield / Lyndale Garden Center Site
Corridor Development Initiative
Summary Report and Final Recommendations
October 11, 2011

Help us shape the future of the Lyndale Garden Center!

The time has come to redevelop the Lyndale Garden Center site! A long standing priority for the City of Richfield, this area is poised to be a signature asset for the region.

The Cornerstone Group, a full-service real estate company of thinkers, creators and do-ers who share a passion for protecting our planet, has enlisted Twin Cities LISC’s Corridor Development Initiative in partnership with Embrace Open Space to facilitate a series of community workshops to explore what’s possible for the site.

Please join us for all three workshops and bring a neighbor!

Workshop I: Building on What We Have – Monday, June 6, 2011
How can we make the most out of the Lyndale Garden Center site and surrounding amenities? What do we want to achieve? What are the opportunities for and concerns about future development?

Workshop II: Development Scenarios – The Block Exercise – Monday, June 27, 2011
Join your neighbors in an interactive workshop to create feasible development scenarios for the redevelopment of the Lyndale Garden Center site. Design and development experts will be on hand to share ideas and insights.

Workshop III:
Framing Recommendations – Monday, July 18, 2011
Participate in shaping the final recommendations to The Cornerstone Group, who are positioned to redevelop the Lyndale Garden Center site. The recommendations will also be shared with city officials and appointed commissions.
